They whistle but made cheap

I am having difficulty getting a response from the deer. Because they are notoriously poor ar record keeping, our Alberta deer cannot verify whether these save deer lives or not.My experience as a human driver indicates ther work well. I have never hit a deer since buying these several months ago, HOWEVER I also never have I ever hit a deer in the past 50 years of driving thr millions of miles of deer country.
