The meshing part of the OEM ring gear is too short, causing abnormal wear on the ring gear and hub gear, leading to noise during driving. In severe cases, it may result in the failure of the four-wheel drive function.Our improved ring gear is made of high-quality alloy steel and increases the thickness by 7mm based on the OEM ring gear, offering better fit precision and longer service life. Replacing it can prevent such issues from occurring. Note: Due to the increased thickness of the ring gear, the drive shaft and hub bearing will remain engaged and cannot be disconnected.Switching between two-wheel and four-wheel drive can be achieved via the transfer case.Based on our tests, installing this reinforcement part may increase fuel consumption by 0.5-1L/100km.
