Pumpkin pie was good with a regular pie crust, but graham cracker was better! I bet pot pies would be great too. Watch out for the lids. They tend to stick together because they are so thin. Works well for little pies!.

These aluminum food storage pans are super tiny. They may hold a cup of food, but that is about it. They are flimsy, unsturdy and I had issues with the lids. It is my fault, but I thought they would have been much larger. They are only 5 inches big.

I was hoping these were sturdier, better lined foil baking pans. They are OK. They hold up fine, but they are not that thick, sturdy foil material you find in foil baking pans at your local grocery store. A bit lower in quality of the material. That being said, the size they come in is quiet difficult to find and I do appreciate that I was able to get these in time for the holidays. I made miniature, crustless pumpkin pies with them and they turned out to be the best. They are not "mini" in size, I would consider them to be "personal" size, think about the size of your palm.
