Not what I thought, didn't fit my camera, with the right camera it would be fantastic.

I wish I would have known about these elastic attachment before. They secure my lens caps in place.

I realized that my lens cap does not have a hole in it for the strap, but easily drilled to make one. Seems secure.

I must admit to be pleasantly suprised by these lens tethers, they were better quality than I was expecting. No worries now about losing lens caps if glue becomes inefectiveEasy enough to fit, just need to drill 2 very small holes close together in the lens capHappy enough to recommend if you are happy to drill the holes required.

This is a 5 pack Lens Cap Holder at a great price (for 5 cameras). It does not stick to the lens cap - it threads through the opening on the side of the lens cap which I like much better. The other end of it can go around the lens but I threaded mine through the camera strap, a much safer solution and no possibility of losing it. I liked the 5 pack because I have several cameras, including video cameras. I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend this seller. My order arrived very quickly. and safely packed.

It’s kinda hard to set up but it’s worth it. No more cap losing anxiety… : ◉ ∧ ◉ : ╏

I am completely satisfied with the item. It does just what is described on the Amazon site. The quality and workmanship is excellent. In particular it fits my lens barrel that's only 60mm in diameter. (It would probably fit a 100 mm diameter lens. My lens cap has 2 small holes (about 2 mm) spaced about 6 mm apart. I just looped the cord through the holes.

Keeper works as described, without issues. although I'd personally prefer the line slightly longer.

This review is for the cap keeper that does not have the round adhesive pad. The description says that this is only for lens caps that already have a hole in them. This is true but unfortunately the description compatibility section lists cameras that have factory lens caps that *do not* have holes in them and would not work without drilling your own. For example, the description incorrectly lists the Sony RX10 Mark 4; This is the camera that I just bought so I can tell you for sure that it's lens cap does *not* have a hole.No problem though, I was able to use a small drill bit, about 1/16 of an inch, and drilled a tiny hole through the front and then the edge of the lens cap and then ran the drill bit through both holes at a 45° angle to finish. As you can see from the photo, this created a perfect attachment point using a simple girth hitch that is far more secure than any adhesive pad could be. This did not seem to damage the pinch grip spring mechanism inside. The elastic band portion slipped easily over the Sony's lens barrel but you have to remove the lens hood first so you don't have to stretch it too far. It remains to be seen how secure the crimp is between the elastic band and the cord but so far I like it very much. I have had the old adhesive type cap keepers in the past and yes the adhesive eventually comes off. I did not want to risk losing my nice factory lens cap.

These would be great if I had holes in my Canon lens caps to attach the leash to, but my canon lens caps do not have holes. I used scotch tape to temporarily attach to my lens caps until I get the proper kind of lens leashes. Disappointed seller said these were compatible with Canon when they are not.
