These were purchased to replace the cracked roof lights on my 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 Laramie Dually. The factory lights has cracked over time and when it rained water would leak into the cab of the truck getting the headliner and visors wet. These lights fit the factory holes with the exact same size screws. These are LED so you have to remove the factory bulk and plug these into the factory pigtail. They are bright and easily installed. Beware there are a lot of other lights that say they fit, but these really do. They even look exactly like originals except for being much brighter.

Replacements for original parts. I like that they plug into the original sockets for the bulbs that were on the truck. I wasn't expecting that and was really happy to see it. I worry that with these cheaper solutions, that they may not last. With my stock ones, I could just switch out a bad bulb. When these quit, you have to replace the whole light. For 30 bucks, I went ahead and bought another set for spares. One day I might look for the more expensive ones that are OEM. I have not installed them yet. I have to drill the holes, as when my OEM lights were installed just after I bought the truck new in 2007, they were for Gen2 and not Gen3 Dodge. The holes are side by side , and not top and bottom like they should be, and that is causing them to finally leak. They made it a really long time though. I put these on a 12 volt tester this morning to make sure they all work. One of them didn't...not surprised. However, it turned out that it was wired backwards and the red lead was actually the negative side and the light works wired backwards. Hmmm. Good luck and hoped this helped.

They have been in my truck for a little over a year. One light has burnt out. Just more made in China garbage. 3 of them are burnt out now. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!

Had to modify the pads that go between the light and the cab of the truck before install. The way they plug into your existing lights is a very bad design. It is simply a wire laying over a plastic insulator. It does not make good contact and all of the lights intermittently go out and then back on. Will have to take each one back off and hardwire them in to illuminate this problem. I noticed one of them already has condensation on the inside. They are bright and look pretty good on the cab after all of my extra work, for now.
