This is an interesting double boiler. The smaller insert has a handle but the larger pot does not. It feels strange to me. They are thin pans and heat quickly. Honestly, it gets the job done, but not my favorite pans.

This double boiler is smaller than expected, but the size is perfect for melting chocolate or small batches of puddings or custards that need a double boiler. It is made of high quality stainless steel and because of it's compact size, easy to store. It is dishwasher safe and very nice to have in the kitchen.
