The pans are a great size and very adaptable, allowing me to use whichever tortilla size I want. My anger and disappointment come from the fact that there were No Directions or Instructions anywhere in the boxes. I contacted the seller hoping for an answer and that was a complete waste of my time. Following the two different directions provided in this answer section didn't really help either. Such potential, wasted due to a lack of directions.

I am very happy with my fluted tortilla pans. They are sized most specifically for the 6-8 inch tortillas but can still be used to do the 10 inches, depending on the firmness/thickness of the large tortilla. If you use a relatively thin/less firm tortilla, the tortilla will fall over the side. I like thicker tortillas and so I was able to use the pans to bake them.The pans are made of non-stick material and are sturdy. My tortillas baked just right as I followed the instructions in the box that it came in.

I really like to concept of these, but they don't really turn out like I was hoping, they crisp in some spots and not in others, then they burn in some spots. When you try to break them off for eating, they don't break, you have to tear, then it really makes a mess. Will have to play with it some more to see if I cannot get a more even crispiness to it.

These are great for any size tortillas. I used with about 8in flour tortillas. You don't have to use any oil or spray and they still come out nice and crispy. Plus they're done very quickly in about 8-10 mins as I like them extra crunchy. Easily filled with anything plus healthier than frying. Great product and easy cleanup.
