This is a good way to label wire shelf storage space. But the material and design of the clips are stiff and difficult to clip on. I had to take each one to "rough" them up and forcefully handle them a few times before I can clip them on the shelf. Once they past the break-in process, they are OK to use.

I ordered these for my warehouse to label items on our wire storage shelves. These work good, fit the bars perfectly, and our thermal labels stick good without pealing off but are easy to remove. So far I have no complaints, but have a little concern over the flex joint if we have to remove and replace them overtime, but for now I am pleased.

This is my first time using this type of label holder, but it's working well so far. It looks like it will fit and close over any round wire shelf bar (or other round/cylindrical horizontal item) that is about 3/8" or less in diameter (the wire bar in the photo is almost exactly 3/8").These clasp shut well and stay shut. It does take some minor effort to get them back apart, which is good (I don't want them falling off inadvertently).

My photos tell the story.Photo 1 - The product as it arrived.Photo 2 - Two of the label holders - one facing front and one facing rear - sized against a full size keyboard.Photo 3 - I decided to try a dry erase marker (the product was to hold labels). The dry erase worked fine.Photo 4 - I decided to erase photo 3's tag. No problem. I used a paper towel and the dry erase marker came clean easily. This is the "after" photo.Photos 5 and 6 - I hung the tags from a baker's rack system that I use in my office. Photo 5 was the first installation, and you can see the pin of the top clip facing forward. I undid the clasp and reattached it in the other orientation for photo 6. Everything worked fine.The tags are advertised to hold adhesive labels, and there's no doubt that they do that. I was pleasantly surprised with the results of my test of using dry erase markers. Worked fine for me, and the photo 3 content is after sitting for about five minutes - the ink did not seem to degrade at all. They fit my baker's racks just fine and will prove very helpful labeling the shelves. I'm not a retailer, but suspect that retailers would also benefit - as would anyone using baker's racks for storage.Very pleased.

These are not a pocket style (which I greatly prefer) but are instead a piece of firm plastic that you stick your label to.They fit nicely around a bar and they are stiff to clip and unclip. Especially at first with each one it is difficult.I plan to use mine around the home closets and will most likely just use a black sharpie for ease of labeling and thus would make them not reusable for other purposes. But I do not have adhesive labels, so the sharpie is the best solution for now.

They are well made, practical, and useful. And this product is the same.You can clip these to your shelving units to label what is on each shelf. When you have a small business, having everything organized and labelled is a must.I do plan on getting some chalk board labels to add to the front of these label holders. I don't need bar codes (yet!), but it would be nice to have an erasable label that I can change as needed.Another reviewer said that their own printer's adhesive labels peeled off easily. And another viewer used dry erase markers to write directly onto the label holders. I may try both of those methods, once I get organized better.

These are good label holders for wire metal racks. I have a ton of crafting supplies on racks - these are great for helping me keep organized. I like that I can use an adhesive label on it rather than having to slide a label inside a holder. They are a little difficult to attach at first, but overall, I'm happy with these label holders.
