Pros:- solid thick cable- strong connector- comes with storage bag- supports both level 1 and level 2 (up to 48amps))Cons:- wrangling it back into the bag can be a challengeI have found this cable incredibly useful while I spend time in another city for working, renting a place, where I have to park further down the driveway from the house to allow for cars to get in and out of the garage. This lets me continue to charge my vehicle while away from home, where I have a nice setup, and tons of space for vehicles. The cable is super thick and feels very robust, and while I haven't used it on a lvl2 charger, it works great paired with my EV6's portable level 1 charger. I found the connectors and covers of the same quality as my Kia branded lvl 1 charger.

The extension worked out pretty good. We needed the length to reach to the other side to charge my car as which is the only spot I can have my vehicle parked since the truck is bigger and needs the extra room where the charger was installed. The extension was easy to connect and about the same weight as the factory charger so it looks like it all came together with the car. Cord does not get hot when in use. Good purchase!

I have a Charge Point Level 2 charger that I really like except the cord is too short. We use our electric VW ID.4 as our primary car which means our Mazda CX 5 is in front of it in our driveway. In order to charge we were constantly rearranging our cars to charge and then moving them back after charging. This extension cable allows us to easily charge without moving cars. I like the fact it is rates at 48A while my charger operates at 40A. Connections are perfect. Very good quality.

I've gotten several of these units to test them out, so far they all stand up to the outdoor elements, and charges with no issues. I will report back if anything changes but so far so good. Checking the retail market on the pricing Amazon has the best pricing by far on these units. If anything changes i will let you know.
