This may sound like a silly feature of these ferrules, but they are packed in a very strong and thick zip locking plastic bag. It's very unlikely that the bag will rip unless abused. I won't have to find a separate container to keep these in.I'm making several shorter hoses out of a 100' hose. Each hose end needs a coupler attached that will allow quick release connections to fit a variety of tools. Having this many in this pack has been a real plus. Prior to ordering these, I was paying over $1.00 for each ferrule. Ordering this set makes a lot more sense to me and I highly recommend these ferrules.

I've been cutting up air hoses for quite some time now and making custom lengths for each tool in my machine shop. Ferrules like this clamp onto the lines and clean up to make a factory quality crimped hose.
