Note: For example, if you intend to use it on a 1-inch hose or other equipment, make sure to purchase fittings within the usable range of 3/4 - 1-1/4 inch (18-32mm) or 3/4 - 1-1/8 inch (19-29mm), rather than the edge size range of 5/8 - 1 inch (16-25mm).

These are pretty narrow, I think maybe about 20% narrower than a 'standard' clamp. did also have a few which stripped out instead of clamping down, so I can't really tighten them down as much as I'd like for my garden hoses.On the plus side, they are narrow, so adding 2 to each joint is pretty easy, but that negates the cost advantage. Overall, these are OK, but not great. If you can find a more reliable product, its probably worth paying twice the price so you only have to use 1 per joint.

I ordered this product for DIY projects around the house and for making repairs to my vehicles.These stainless clamps are decent quality. The 50 pack is nice in that I won't have to head to the hardware store for quite a while if I need 3/4"-1-1/8" hose clamps.These are standard hose clamps and very easy to use. The worm gear works well and helps torque band tighter.Great product.
