Works well to replace our hot tub heater element in an old school hot tub. We are ready for winter now. Fit common pipe threads which are common in every water heater I've seen that takes this type of heating element. Brings the water temperature up at the same rate as old element. Fairly easy to replace and really nice bonus that they include the wrench. You can stick a screwdriver through the side of the ranch to get a little more ump when removing the old one. Seems like a good value for the money considering it includes the tool also.

What can I say? Hooked it to 120 VAC and heating element got very hot. Seems well made. But durability is the real test, and time will only tell us that...
