I have four dehumidifiers that I have kept running, several for more than fifty years. The secret is that I service them every spring, including oiling the motors. But getting down to the oil cup toward the fan blade is tough. The long spout on these bottles simplifies the task, and I put a very slight bend near the business end of the tube to get it into even the trickiest oil ports.

The applicators made well, very good for hard to get to areas, I filled with synthetic oil, use for guns ,small items.

I have one failed seal on the needle within a month of use. I used it for bore cleaner and the "glue" used to seal the stainless needle just broke down and dis-integrated.
