I have a two year old Viomi S9. It was still working well, but I was noticing that periodically it would have to stop after cleaning part of the house and return to base to recharge.Installation of the new battery was straightforward. There are some Phillips head screws on the bottom that need to be removed (including two under the mop pad tray). After removing those screws, the bottom of the case can be removed and the old battery swapped for the new one.On the fresh battery I was able to clean the whole house (at least the part we've programmed the vacuum to clean) and had 75% capacity remaining.So far I'm very happy with this replacement.
