have to turn dials for setting temperature a lot to move up and down

Switch it to floor and defrost turns on. Temperature swings on auto are extreme. Cold to hot and back again. Will put my old one back in and deal with the issue I had.

The product was easy to install, but does not run the function of calibrating your actuators as the factory installed control module is capable of doing. Still having the same problems with the actuators not working. Will replace those and see if it works.

I ordered this for my 2008 GMC,it is easy of install. I did it by myself. And works well.value for the money.

The product unfortunately barely works. It still does the same thing as the last one. I can't return this one because it's a part i need since it's cold outside and I have kids. Even if it only blows heat a little bit. It takes forever to heat. Installation is easy once you get through the hard part of taking everything off to get to it.

This will be the second time having to return this. You can't set/program it. They reached out to me and made things right. Very good customer service and fast.
