Was skeptical buying after reading all the other reviews, and I wish I would have followed their advice and not purchased this. After one month this stopped working. For the price, I should have just bought one from Kenworth for a little more and have it actually work long term. Would not recommend or purchase again.

This climate control unit lasted less than 2 months, 3 speed switch is spinning freely and is stuck in the highest blower setting, smells like burnt plastic. Money well wasted, stay away from this product as far as you can.

Item was easy to replace although I cheated a little being I had just replaced the water temperature control cable less than a month before the blower motor speed switch went out. So I disconnected the cable that came with the control panel and connected the cable in the truck to the control panel before installing the control panel.

pack some epoxy putty around the cable clamp to keep it from turning. You can’t get the screw tight enough to stop it and then the cable kinks. Other than that it has been good so far.

I changed 3 speed resistance, Brand New pigtail ,brand new fan(all 3 from kw dealer)Control work good for about 3 weeks ,3 speed switch on a/c control started to smell like burn ,took apart dash to see what was going. switch had melted from back .got in touch with Amazon,a/c control seller and allstate and no one Was able to help .seller asked to send proof of purchase which I did send haven't heard from nooneEnded up looking for a higher amperage 3 speed switch (found them online) and my a/c it's working perfect now
