Installation Steps
- Clean the vehicle surface.
- Wipe the installation position with the adhesion promoter (package included).
- Tear off the back glue of the sealing strip (when the temperature is low, it is recommended to heat the back glue with a hot air gun to improve the viscosity.)
- Stick the sealing strip in place.
- Cut off the excess sealing strip with scissors.
- Installation completed.
Tips: Do not wash the car within 24 hours after installation.

This product was recommended on a Youtube video on the installation of a Nissan 350z A-pillar that is missing or you are replacing it's weather strip. It worked great and was easy to install and looks factory! I would recommend when installing it on an A-pillar that it be off of the vehicle, if possible.

Actually I’m using this for an attaching to an exterior door edge. It opens out. When it rains really hard here it’s usually at an angle. Putting this around the top and side of the door actually keeps water from coming in through the seal.

I used it on my Subaru Forester on the back trim panel between the glass on the hatch. it was a perfect matchIt adhered well, was flexible and looked nice.I made sure to clean it well and use the adhesion promoter that was provided.

For my application this seal is too small. Check your dimensions carefully before ordering. Also very difficult to install due to the narrow adhesive strip.

The adhesive is terrible. I even tried some gorilla glue, some 3M stick…. And nothing worked. The packet activator that came with was completely dry.Even if it was wet like it was supposed to be… It wouldn’t have been enough to do anything. I can’t believe they sell the stuff.

This t-style trim is what's needed for the type of fender flares on a Jeep Wrangler TJ/LJ. They were easy to install as long as the fender flare hardware is in good shape like mine was. The only reason for 4/5 stars is because some of the pictures show 3M adhesive, while the product I received didn't have any 3M logos on the tape, plus it was only moderately sticky at best, so I doubt it was 3M. Nevertheless, it was sticky enough to hold the trim in place during installation, and now it's held in place by being sandwiched between the fender flares and body. I washed the flares and body, then wiped the flares with rubbing alcohol before applying the trim.

The product itself seems durable but the roll I got was very twisted up. The adhesive is sticky enough but it may not hold as well around certain applications because of all the twists. I ended up not using it and went with black RTV silicone instead.

Looks good but the double stick tape was useless... I used to help install a lip kit.. the lip holds the seal in place but other than that it would just fall off

It does work the adhesive could be a little better or at least the covering that is placed over the adhesive could stay over it until going to use but it does work
