Overall the tool holders were good, but buyer beware, if you plan to use them on a Grizzly tool post you will have to machine the dovetails to fit. If you have to buy the dovetail cutter it will likely cost more than the set.

The left side of the bottom of the open was not fully cut. This did not allow the cut to set fully on the post. I was able to file it off, but I don't think it this makes it a #5. Two (40%) were bad so I call it a 3 (60%)

As I stated the finish is a little rough. Chase the edges with a file and mount and these run just as well as more expensive quick change posts. They held the tooling very will with no vibration. Adjustment on the post works the same as others with no issues. Once the setting is locked down it holds in place over and over and over again. I needed extra tools holders to have on hand and set up with my additional tooling needs so these fit the bill nicely.

I have 2 AXA tool posts. And I have 18 tool holders from various vendors that fit them both. These are too tight. There are some ridges that need grinding down - unfortunately I don't have the equipment to do that.

Ive ordered this 3x, so 15 tool holders in total.1st batch, all were good except one. When I put the square tool in and tightened the screws, the tool rotated. When I looked at the holder, I could see there was a ramp in the slot. No worries, chucked it in the mill and shaved it.I ordered 2 more sets.1, all were perfect. Even a mirror finish on the surfaces.2, all were rough. All had the ramp at the edge like they didnt finish the slot.I wanted to give this 4 stars, as I know sometimes there's a mess up. After getting a full set of unfinished (also packaged differently), I need to drop it down to 2. They seem either perfect, or unusable. Im ok with milling and finishing 1 out of 5, but 5 out of 5 is ridiculous. Need to return one full set.Ive attached pictures of the common mess up. This was seen on 6 out of 15 tool holders.Edit:Changed from 2 stars to 3. Changed headline.Received replacement set. All were fine this time.All sets appear to be machined differently, so inspect all mating surfaces when you receive it.

Worth if fir the money. Not Dorian or Aloris but get the job done. I will buy more as needed.
