The explosion view of the M8 connector is shown below, which consists of different parts and is very easy to assemble, mainly used in sensor and actuators, industrial camera, industrial I/O connections, pharmaceutical manufacturing, robotic systems, packaging labeling & logistics.
The M8 connector can be used for the wiring 24AWG, which is mainly used for aerospace, various instruments and control units and field bus components.
The M8 connector can reach the protection level of IP68 and can be used under rough conditions. It is a reliable plug.

Used to replace a male socket on a piece of brewing equipment. Easy to wire and a good replacement for the original and fits well with the existing female socket and provides a stable connection. The connection is as far as I know water resistant time will tell how corrosion proof it is.

I used this in conjunction with the Elecbee M8 3 pin male connector to splice part of my motorcyle wiring loom. The loom joint needed to be dismantable but also totally waterproof as it sits in quite an open to the elements position.The spliced loom was for the stator CDI pick up and this Elecbee connector was perfect for the smaller gauge wires on my bike.5 stars for quality and price.

Tested these with 12vdc. Pins are rated to 2A, although I think that can be exceeded a little.Should work in damp, but didn't test. Fit and finish could be a little bit better -- very difficult to mate connectors in the dark. Sockets could have a small indent to find it better, or a guide pin on the housing.

These are great plugs! Used them for some Festo pressure sensors.They were easy to wire up and install.

This is the female M8 4-pin connector. It fits well with my (old) load cell. I also purchased a male connector and an extension cable from the same vendor. All of them appear to be of good quality and meet my needs at a very reasonable cost

These connectors seem to be pretty decent quality - I grabbed these for future projects, so if my opinion changes, I'll come back and update this review!
