I like that they have both smoothe and serrated sides, the gold is bold and of course great value for money.

We used these cake servers as utensils for guests at our wedding dessert bar and they were great! This made it so easy for our guests to pick out the mini pies we had without crushing them. The servers are great quality and have a sharp edge if you’re going to use them for cake. It isn’t overly sharp but would help a lot with cake slicing and serving! The handle of this is sturdy and easy to grip avoiding dropping any desserts. We loved the true yellow gold color of these servers and how they matched the rest of our wedding day vibe!

These are sturdy and if you have a dessert table, they're great for that. They have slightly serrated edges on one side so cutting through cakes and pies is fairly easy. They are a tad petite, but not unreasonably so. If I were serving only one dessert, I'd use my regular size dessert server that has a much thicker handle, but having multiple desserts out, it's nice to have matching servers that will do the job and look nice.

Last month, our family Christmas was brunch. I baked several quiches and wanted pie serving utensils for the various types that closely matched my Mother's set. Her set only has two and we needed more for the quiches and pumpkin/pecan pies. I was pleasantly surprised that these do, in fact, closely match her gold-plated set. In addition, the servers are a nice weight; not flimsy. I'm happy with my purchase.
