They had some additional questions for me after I placed the order to ensure I received the right product for my need.I love the finished install. For my install, I needed time, patience and making daily adjustments. The product is shipped flat. To train it to go around my round pole, I had to get it around the pole connecting the Velcro the length of the pole. On day 1 I was not able to wrap it around the pole lining it up to use all the Velcro. Adjusting areas and redoing the Velcro daily got the job done for me. I think if you had two people for the install, you could probably get it right day 1. I didn’t want to wait for help. I also wanted the protection for my new car ASAP.I am very pleased with the result. It’s kinda hard not to walk by the pole and bump it with your shoulder as you walk by. It reminds me of the gym in high school.Great product. I suspect it will look great for awhile. It definitely looks better than my neighbors towel and duct tape wrapped pole in his garage!

This 4” diameter padding is too big for my 4” diameter pole. Shipped before I could answer any follow up questions and clearly this product is not as described. Not happy.

It's been a struggle to find the right pad for a pole in my basement. After a month of searching, I finally found a great pad at a reasonable price.

I triple checked my measurements and the 4” diameter pole wrap is over size for the pole and fits loosely. I was looking for a tight wrap - this is not it.

The pole cover fits awesome. It’s quality made and a vibrant color orange. Easy to put on and was shipped quickly. Definitely recommend.
