My problem with these is how small they are. The are for small shoes only. Because of this I am returning them. Three 3 star because the ad did not specify this. I could see a petite Woman ๐ using these on either end of her foot.

The sticky adhesive is super strong. It's not going anywhere once you place it. I wish they were a bit more cushiony but I just placed them in all of the areas I need inside my new dr. Martens. And multiples work great

Officially pain free on the shoes that usually cause me discomfort. Super easy to put on with the adhesive side. Glad that they can be hidden as well so it doesn't mess with the style of shoe.There is no sign of the insert falling out anytime soon so I believe it will last a very long time.

These were advertised as pads you can insert into the back of your shoes if they're too big and make them where they fit better. I'm a size 7 to a 7.5 and I had a pair of shoes that were a size 8 that I bought these for. I tried one and it wasn't thick enough so I put another one on top of it and it still didn't fit any better. I hope someone has better luck with them. UPDATE: Company seen that their product didn't work for me and offered a full refund. 5 stars for excellent customer service!
