I put these on top of my wine outside for 20 min. When I took the top off I could not smell the wine only the wood. It really was offputting and I am going to toss these things.A lid should not impact the smell of wine.

How many times have you been at a party with finger foods and not been able to find a place to put your drink down to take a bite to eat? Or you are going up to the hors d'oeuvres table with a drink in hand but can't hold your drink and a plate at the same time as you reach for a bite? This is a great solution to those problems. The plates are just large enough to hold a good quantity of food while fitting nicely into the top of a wine glass. Definitely a win!
