The O-Rings Themselves Are Often The Faulty Part And Are Much Less Expensive To Replace.

  • The IPR valve in your power-stroke is responsible for controlling the pressure for the high-pressure oil system.
  • The IPR valve screen is another common failure point. The screen may become plugged with debris and restrict the flow of the high pressure oil system.

ICP is totally uncontrolled with this IPR. Immediately went to 2500 psi at idle, very rough idle speed and heavy fuel knock. RPM is uncontrollable on acceleration. If you don't like your 6.0, put this in... it'll finish it off for you.

I do not recommend anyone purchasing this valve. I spent 2.5 hours working on removing the bad valve. I installed this one I purchased from Amazon and spent another 2 hours putting everything together only to find out its either defective or its poorly built. The idle was rough, the waste gate opens and there is no boost and it just goes haywire. I went back to read the reviews only to find out everything I was experiencing was described by other people. Just spend the money on a real correctly built valve. Its too much work to waste time installing cheap built parts.

It fit correctly. Just didn’t work with my 2005 F350. Was able to get refund started and part mailed back quickly

Truck would run good but quit without notice so I brought this ipr and installed it. Truck was totally unstalled after that, crazy idle, acceleration and throttle response. Don't was your time just spend the money so you don't have to do the work twice.
