Much more heavy duty than the last one I had. The top is obviously absorbing, felt, but the bottom is a sticky rubbery material that keeps it in place. The last one I had was felt on both sides. It’s a really good size. It goes all the way across to both tires and sits below the entire engine and transmission. Needless to say I like it.

My husband changes our oil and only a few times made big mess. This help keep floor clean and he can spray off if he uses it to do wood work on.

We use our garage occasionally when we are hosting parties and we have always tried to keep it clean and organized. One of our cars developed a small leak so we wanted something to keep the floor clean. This mat works perfectly. It’s large enough to cover a good area, it stays in place and looks nice. I also pulled it in the house and used it to protect the floor while doing a painting project. I’m very pleased with it

Its pretty big. I just pulled the rear diff carrier out of my 1993 Chevy K1500 Z71. It went from drum to drum and I didn't get any oil on the concrete from either axle tube end or diff. I put it in my garage to do the work and I am pretty picky about getting oil on the concrete. Last time I did any work I had to buy 3 smaller mats and piece them together. Only thing i think was funny is they put big bold letters across the top of the packaging that said UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Clearly not made in the united states of america. But it doesn't matter. It's a good mat with a strong rubber backing, good absorbancy. But it does seem ridiculous they put that on the package.

This mat is a great size, folds up easily, if you so choose, is washable, and is a quality product! Great for the garage or the driveway!

My husband is very particular about his shop floor, I don't blame him, I like it to be clean for events when we throw them. I purchased this for him as he had been using cardboard boxes most of his life. He was very excited and put it to work immediately. He has been working on one of the ATV's and had it tore apart on the floor and in magnetic pans but there was a noticeable leak on the cardboard he had been using. He checks under it each day and it is holding true to it's purpose. He highly recommends and so do I.

This is a lifesaver for your garage floors. We had a previous oil spill when changing my car’s oil and decided to safeguard the floor this time. Oil spilled onto the floor is a royal pain to clean. These fit great in the space, great value. Easy to lay out and are a good, heavy duty mat. Also great for winter when you return from a slushy drive. Good buy!
