I do hand loads for most of the Ammo that I store, and from experience I know that the storage of high quality Ammo is as important as the quality of the components you are using. This case is certainly up to the task. It's basically Pelican Case quality, with a good foam insert system to store your rounds. If you shoot 10mm, it's a great option.

I'm the type that has most of his range ammo in the original boxes or just loosely placed in a canister with dessicant packets. I guess if you have better quality more expensive ammo, you can use this kind of case to keep them stored in the best way possible. Each round is spaced pretty far from each other. I feel they could've put the holes closer together to hold more and still maintain the optimal conditions for storage. The case is nice, and aside from the holes to add your own locks, the latches have a 3-step motion to open the case. press the red/orange button down, pull the latch towards you, then lift the latch off the top and it opens. The inside smells like a new sneaker. Re-usable dessicant is nice. Again, in my opinion, this is overkill for ammo storage, but to each their own :)

I have several hard cases from many top brands and a couple budget brands. This one sits with the best of them. While not specifically labeled as such, the case looks and feels like hard polycarbonate. The dual-stage latches are a nice touch that prevent inadvertent opening and spilling, and the check-valve makes it suitable for airline travel without fear of over-pressurization. The internal foam is a good balance between a reasonable hardness and flexibility - sort of like a gym, wrestling, or yoga mat. I would have liked to see a slightly denser arrangement of the storage holes, but I suppose this was as dense as they could be packed without jeopardizing integrity.As an overall whole, I'm absolutely pleased with this case.

Great contruction and durability. Great for range day and keeping ammo dry in storage. Plenty of space for handgun and rifle ammunition.The case is a pretty decent size. I think the only thing that would make me say this case is absolutely perfect would have been if there was a cutout to place a handgun. Then, this would have been a one stop shop case. But other than that, it's a fantastic case.
