This printer is amazing. Once I received the printer I setup an appointment with tech support. They setup the entire machine and ensured everything was working. They provided me with tips and tricks and videos on other topics. The support is well and beyond what I expected.

I purchased this printer at the end of May and received it right around July 1st. Once it arrived I followed the videos on how to unpack and set it up, the videos were very helpful. I had some additional questions and created a WhatsApp account so I could talk to the tech directly. I send my questions over and they answer the same night once their day begins. They have been and are still very helpful with any questions I have. As for the printer, it has worked great so far with no issues. I try and print something everyday and if I can’t, I do a head cleaning so the ink stays fresh in the print head. Overall, I am very satisfied with this printer and would purchase it again if I needed another one.
