Question:Is this battery compatible with the 24v-x2-17lm?

Answer:Yes it is compatible but please keep in mind you need 2 batteries.

Question:Can this battery be charged with the one that comes with the snow joe (sun joe) or do i need a different charger for this battery?

Answer:This battery needs either the or 24VCHRG-QC chargers. If your snow joe (sun joe) comes with one of those two models, then you do not need to buy the charger.

Question:My snow blower has two ports for batteries. Can you tell me what I need?

Answer:If your machine is a 48v wireless tool like the model 24V-X2-SB18, you need 2 pieces of our 24v batteries, which are respectively inserted in the two battery ports.

Tips：

1.Please make sure the battery that you are going to buy fits the brand, model and part number.

2.Please charge the battery fully before use.

3.It is normal that the temperature of the battery will rise after use.

4.The battery needs to be cooled for 15-30 minutes after use and then recharged to get better charging performance.

Lasted for about 40 mins and I was able to shovel my entire driveway of about 2 inches of light / powder snow. Only have used it once as of this writing. Worked as well as the OEM battery.

Same battery as the one that came with the snow shovel but will not work. Fits the shovel but Fully charged and only gives the tool a click but not running the motors. I do not care of it is a single item issue, quality check your products, don't fool the customer.I am spending more time packaging and returning these flops. I will start charging by my time used.

I ordered and received 2 batteries. One was bad out of the box. I received the replacement in a few days, plugged it into a charger, and charged it for a while. I removed it and pressed the status button and it started flashing. Hours later it was still flashing. I installed in on the tool and it appeared to work but I will have to use it to be sure. But it is still flashing.
