Good: Light weight. Easy to assemble.Bad: Lens are so dirty that leaves black dots on the image. The telescope is difficult to stabilize. It's almost impossible to make tiny adjustment. It is a beginner telescope for my child, but in the end I lost all my patience.

This didn't come in a box, just the Amazon box. That was my only issue since it was an Xmas gift. Couldn't explain why Santa got something from Amazon lol. But once we got over that, it was perfect family bonding.

Homeschooling family, excited about studying astronomy... only to meet disappointment.I wish I had done more research on telescopes before buying this! The kit was easy to assemble, and came with two lens. The stand is flimsy, making fine adjustments impossible. The sighting scope is not adjustable. We never saw a thing through this telescope, not even the moon. Despite the range available, was never able to focus on anything with either lens. Sometimes saw vague color changes. Accidentally broke one of the leg locks on the stand (very easy to break if you turn it the wrong way)We had more luck stargazing with binoculars and our eyes.Waste of money.
