Great fit. Most people doing timing job will break original. Great replacement 👏

Make sure the old washer is not left on the crank, this will cause the new crank gear to set out causing damage to the crank backing plate and the crank sensor. You don’t want to learn this the hard way lol.

3 star, for the fact that I have a spare timing sprocket/ring, the underlying issue was that of a blown fuel injection fuse. In any case... The fin was bent over the serpentine belt teeth, like it was dropped or mishandled or thrown into a batch. Still good, just be extremely tedious when bending them back into position

The metal fins on the back plate that is silver - which slides through a very small space between 2 magnetic bars (a electronic sensor) at high RPM to send a firing and position signal to the computer of the vehicle for proper function - are bent. There are 3 fins that stand out as you can see on your diagram/picture of the part - 2 of them were bent. I might be able to hit them with a hammer to make them straighter - but this is a very technical issue and can ruin the motor or make it fail after I have done all this work, and I do not feel I should be in the position to have to try to correct a defective part that is suppose to be brand new. The outer white package it came in was fine, and the small brown box inside the package was fine - and so was the brown wrapper of paper that was thinly around the item itself, but the item itself was not okay. The gear part of it is iron or steel and is fine, but the sensing fins are not. The item was able to slide and move having air space inside the box - so 1 of 2 things had to have taken place. > Either the item was placed in the package with 2 bent fins - or it was slammed around and bent while in shipment. Common sense would have dictated that since it has a very thin layer of sensing metal around the gear protruding that can be easily bent - that it should have been packaged properly with no space to allow it to get slammed around and bend the fins. OR, someone who packaged it did not first inspect it to see if it was in new condition or not. I am not happy about how this came out of the package - someone, somewhere, no matter which took place was very careless in someway.
