Compared to the spindle from Cub Cadet, which costs 3 times as much, this spindle is much better. Instead of the self-tapping bolts, ,which the Cadet part yses, there are threaded sleeves installed with regular bolts. Also, a new blade nut is included. Everything went together and worked nicely, no problems.

This one fit my Cub Cadet LT 1050 50” mower deck. The mower is about 10 years old. I replaced a spindle last summer using an OEM part and it cost about $140 from Cub Cadet. Had another leg break this summer on another spindle so I decided to give this knock-off brand a try. It installed easily although the included bolts are threaded so you may want to add some Loctite to them when installing. I have used my mower twice since installation and the spindle seems to be holding up. I know you get what you pay for. But if this $30 +/- part lasts a summer or more, I’m willing to risk it.

This one was a bit different than the spindle that is on my mower. The main body was the same. I used the bearing spacers and the shaft from my original ones. The grease fittings on the spindle body will do nothing as the bearings are both sealed on both sides. Dont bother greasing them because the grease will just fill up the area between the bearings and just make a mess when the bearings need replaced.

They do not have same inner diameter on the wheel so you will need a shorter belt than OEM. Also require greasing before use. They installed easiely and direct replacement bolt holes but also be aware there is no nut for mower blade.
