Having a small dental style vacuform is a very handy tool in the shop, also having plaster cast sets of one's teeth are handy to have around, if you've got those, then this works great for making your own night guard. I did one yesterday as a test before i spend a few hundred bucks at the dentist for one, but at this point, I'm pretty happy with it and don't think I'm going to spend the money at the dentist. If you have the tools and casts, it's worth it, even if you buy the box and only use one sheet!
