I bought a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan Transmission Solenoid Pack. But when I received and open the box the part was shipped in a new perfect box but the part is not new. That’s look used, connectors have signs of dirty and used, all the part body was wet with transmission fluid. So the part I bought is not new and the mechanic said can not install this part because is look used and can be damaged and my transmission will fail it after the installation and if he needs remove again will charge me again for the installation of new one.

Installed in the vehicle very easy. Van ran great for about 2 weeks, then the trans started acting up, really hard up and down shifts and getting stuck in gear. Then it threw a check engine light for the solenoid pack again. Decided to order a Mopar OEM from rock auto. Sucks, I was really hoping this would work

When our van transmission started acting up and my code reader told me the solenoid pack was having a fault I feared for the worst. I thought the transmission was done and since the van is a 2011 I figured it might make more sense to just get another vehicle which would be more money than I wanted to spend. After a bunch of research I bought this part and hoped for the best. I'm not a mechanic, but I'm pretty handy. I was able to complete the job and the van is back up and running perfectly! I'm so glad I didn't have to replace a transmission or buy a new vehicle!
