Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money, this product is sub standard and the fan speed knob was as sticky and difficult to turn as the one I'm replacing. Never made it past my desk...returned the day it arrived. Poor Quality to say the least.

Haven't installed it yet, but quality of the knobs isn't anywhere as nice as oem and fan speed knob sticks.

This unit solved my problem for literally 25% of the cost for the OEM. Is the overall quality the same? No, but you could not expect that to be exactly when factoring in price apples to apples. What matters is it works and I now have heat in this winter bitter cold.
