This Climate Control Module does not work on a 2014 Ram 2500 Tradesman, this is not interchangeable with 68268189AA. The fan function worked, but the vent selector, recirculate and A/C buttons did not operate. I tried from 2 different sellers and neither functioned properly. Seller shipment was timely and return was easy.

Overall all this unit seems to be decent, unfortunately my truck is a mid year model where they switched some things so the connector would not fit. Returned with no problem and purchased another model that had for my truck. That one fit and functioned perfectly.

first one i ordered didn't work, wouldn't communicate with my customer's vehicle. Got a replacement and the second only would switch modes if the blower was on the lowest settings and still would not communicate with the vehicle. what a waste of mine and their time!

Installed the new switches form your company and a week later it failed. The controls only work on one setting. Wondering if I was able to get a new one with the exchange of the old one?
