This product has been the worst! When we got the machine out of the box the spring to launch the balls got stuck. Therefore, I had to take the machine apart to fix the spring. When I was inside the machine the spring was dug into the cheap plastic. Putting the machine back together was a huge struggle, a lot of screws, and difficult to put back. Once I got the machine back it work for about 5-6 rounds of soft toss and now will not turn on. Very Very disappointed with this purchase. I would heavily advise to stay away from this machine.

The ball tossed arrived quickly but did not throw g try he ball very far. That was disappointing.

For some, saying it isn't very repeatable seems like a bad thing. That is possibly the best thing it offers. With it cranked all the way down, it barely gets baseballs up to hit. The included balls pitch exactly the same. With it at the side and about 4-6ft from home plate, you will get mid to low pitches. What it provides is general swing practice/workout, or if you vary the angles of where it pitches to you, you could get a benefit of eye-bat-ball training. This is especially true since it is inconsistent in pitches. It also tends to walk around on concrete when set at the strongest level. I haven't tried any other surfaces nor softer settings. One last note, if you are by yourself, the first pitch will either be a wash or use it for a bunt. You will not have time to properly set up for it.

I love this!!! I got it mainly for my dogs. They absolutely love playing ball. The noise it makes is rather loud. It scared them at first and woke up pur daughter (she's 21). But as soon as the dogs realized what it done and was allowed to play with it while off- they loved it!!! The balls it came with are sturdy enough for a dog to play with. They didn't bust them, shocked by that! But love the balls.The true use of this is for kids. I love that you can adjust how the balls come out. You can change the height and the distance. It can come out harder and faster, or softer for a younger child. We do have friends that come over with young children. They absolutely love it!We have learned that the included yellow balls are heavier and don't go as high. But, a light tennis ball goes higher. Just depends on your kid and their age. I use the yellow ones with my 20 pound dogs. They chase them.
