Vizio TV/Monitor recently purchased only had 1 AV & 1 Component slot.Dilemma, I just bought a ps2 & GameCube both AV cables.Solution, I bought this cable so I can hook up my ps2 and leave AV for my GameCube.At first it didn’t work & I was going to return it, but after watching video I learned that you need to hook it up with AV cables first.Switch RGB to other option in Ps2 power configuration & then switch cables.Worked like a charm.Quality is kinda cheap but the wire itself very good and thick.Would recommend if you have my same problem.

I ordered this cable and was very excited to use it. I had one previously from a different manufacturer with the same TV, so I know that everything should work without any issues. Additionally I have two PS2 consoles, so I can test components between them for troubleshooting issues. The cable took a few minutes to actually start working to begin with. After I got started it was working ok and I could tell that the picture was definitely improved (480i to 720i will do that). Minutes into playing the image started to go black for a moment occasionally, and then progressed to longer pauses with the sound also cutting out. I requested a replacement, which arrived today. This time the image was immediately available, but there was a noticeable buzz. After a few minutes of play the same issue occurred again.The cables are just poorly manufactured and if you choose to order it, maybe you’ll get a good one, maybe you’ll get a bad one. I’m 0 for 2, so at this point I’m just going to take the refund and call it good.
