Don't flip the pill... because once the transmission gets hot in traffic (190) the needle looking thing on the pill falls off and gets stuck in the transmission line... if you live in hot weather (Texas) your better off installing this. I did see a difference. This will not keep the transmission temp lower it just prolongs how quick it gets hot..... it will still get hot in traffic even with a transmission cooler i still hit 192 in traffic you need a transmission cooler fan to see a huge difference

It says it has a chrome finish. Not sure about that, Mine has light machine marks on the O.D. of the piston.
