I've started making a variety of cutting boards and charcuterie boards for gifts and for sale. Most of these are new shapes for me (I have one that is a duplicate), so it is great to be able to extend the variety of profiles I can make for custom orders.They are decently thick and will work well with a router flush trim bit (after cutting to rough size on the bandsaw).
