The internal teeth broke off on 1st use. The 11 mm wrench spins and won't tighten the bolts. I should have read reviews.

I do hvac work and I bought this for swedging/expanding copper instead of using a coupling. After the first day I realized not all the bits fit inside an impact. Works well but you have to use a drill driver since it’s adjustable for different size bits.

After applying heat to aluminum tubing this bit stretched the inside diameter to 3/4". The pipe wall thickness decrease but remained stiff. An one inch bit would be nice ☺️

Had 50 year old copper hvac tubing that had been run through a slab and corroded. It leaked. Only had two short pieces left to get a fitting on that were hard to reach. HVAC tubing is measured differently than pipe and no one had fittings that would fit. This tool made it possible to swag the tubes out to 3/4 and then solder a 3/4 pipe into it. Worth every dime and easy to use. You need a continuous spin so the friction heats the pipe and helps it expand. My cordless kept stopping. My old corded drill did great.

It def comes in clutch, but…. If you get a thick piece of copper it will not work it will just shred the inside and heat it up. Other then that will suggest to anyone!

Popped these on an 1/4-in impact driver and with applying a good amount of force they do expand copper pipe; just not quite enough. I'd drive the bit all the way in and even with walking it a bit it's just too tight. Even with a few good taps couldn't get another pipe to go more than 1/4" inside which is just not secure enough, nor would solder be able to seep through. And though the domed front of the bits is rounded the flat sides have a squared edge, so the expansion was also removing material as copper dust flakes were shooting out. I was however able to repair some used fittings that had become a bit out of round so they do have some use. Not worth returning but would go with another brand next time.
