This is a very nice Matcha tea set. The pieces are made of quality materials and have a nice weight to them, from the ceramic bowl and whisk holder to the stainless steel sifter and bamboo scoop and whisk. This is the complete deal! The (mottled) green color is absolutely beautiful, and perfect for a match tea set. I have seen other beautiful Matcha tea sets in other colors, but I am definitely in love with this green, sort of patchy, color. Matcha tea is green, so it makes sense to fashion the Matcha set after that - It not only makes sense, it completes the whole Matcha ritual aesthetic for me. This is a great full set for beginners or those looking to upgrade their Matcha experience. The price seems in line with the other sets I've seen out there, so seems fair. I would say the one thing I would wish for, however, is that they throw in a packet or 2 of the Matcha to really complete the set - I mean I know that stuff is expensive, but it's almost like getting a toy that needs batteries, and then having to go out and buy the batteries, when you just want to try it right then. Oh, well, I can wish. I still do love this set, and highly recommend it as a wonderful gift to give to yourself or someone else.
