The plug is plastic which is fine, but the cord they used gets very stiff in a very short time out in the weather,(real world)

As an RV installer with 15 years in the industry, I found this unit easy to install and fairly straightforward. It does the job well, but it would be a big improvement if it came with different types of self taping hardware— something to consider for future versions.Also worth noting: I opted to use my own self-tapping screws and rivets to secure it to the trailer frame for better durability. Overall, it’s a solid product with room for a couple of simple upgrades.
