It looks to be compatible with my Kenmore ultrasoft 275 softener. I bought an extra so this wasn’t needed. Came with extra clips, o-rings, and even some plumbers tape. Also came with instructions.

I installed it and turned on the water to have it start leaking from the end of the valve. I took the assembly apart and added some lube around the internal o-rings and the leak stopped but I'm not sure how much I trust it. Time will tell
