We are super happy with this fireplace.. so far it has worked great.. it looks fabulous. It doesn't heat well at all but I purchased it more for aesthetics. Even when I turn the heat up all the way, it doesn't really work.. so I don't know if its our unit or what... but if you are going more for looks... the price is good and it does the job.

This electric fireplace is even better than I expected. It’s a great quality and the flame is beautiful. It’s quiet even when the heat is on. Shipping was fast and arrived in perfect condition. So happy I made this purchase.

Really happy with this purchase, came very well packed and delivery was fast. The unit installs very easily and everything works great, be sure to read the pamphlet book that comes with the unit for proper dimensions for the install. I added an extra inch and a half ( 1.5 ) to the depth for the plug connect. Lighting effect and heating is also great, you have the option of having a imitation log at the bottom, or cystals displaying ( made of plastic, not actual crystals ) I recommend this product.

I faced the problem of an attractive fireplace that was energy inefficient, a mess to clean, and a burden to support. Primarily, the fireplace functioned as an attractive visual centerpiece. I inserted this product into the front opening of the fireplace and, voila, I now have an attractive very realistic visual “fire” and eliminated the pesky other fireplace problems. This product produces a very realistic “fire”, is attractive, is easy to install, and appears to be quite well constructed. It was well packaged and arrived undamaged – an important consideration because the front is all glass. The unit has a heating element, but I don’t use this feature. The remote control works well. I believe you receive value when you purchase this product.Additional note: Since purchasing this insert, I have purchased two more 36 inch models. They are simple to install and look and work great. Construction in all three is robust and the product works well. Additionally, and very important, all arrived without occult damage from shipping which is testimony to packaging care.
