No se pudo colocar el producto en el vehículo dentro del tiempo de devolución, apenas se puso, duró una semana y se rompió. Qué se hace en ese caso?

It broke on the 4th time I used it. The plastic broke in half allowing the cable to move instead of the window. Now the item on Amazon has a red banner saying frequently returned. So they know it's junk but I can't return it now.

I installed this window regulator, but the motor wouldn’t stop when the window reached the top or bottom, it kept trying to push further, making loud noises like the glass was about to shatter. At first, I wasn’t sure if I did something wrong, so I took my car to an auto shop for advice. That’s when I realized I had installed it correctly—the part itself was faulty. Frustrating experience and a waste of time. Wouldn’t recommend.
