The pole is more than I expected. The pole, fully extended goes way over my 18 foot roof.and it is solidly built. Not cheap but well worth the price

The top tightening nut doesnt lock into place, so the only way to use the pole is with it fully extended, which is almost impossible to control.

Worked ok until the nut came unglued, is now useless at any length. The end pole spins making it impossible to use.
