I ordered a few of these, different brands, this was the only one that didn't sag with the weight of the Sansi LED hanging grow lights. I bought 2 of these. The creator should think about suppling an enclosed hook, but you can remove it and probably find a better one to replace it with. But this is a very sturdy stand compared to the others on the market.

Tablet holder is garbage plastic. Definitely need the paperweight on one post to keep from tipping over. See the image description and to the left in the image is the soda bottle paperweights, not included. I call it photo fine print. Usable.

This lamp stand is heavy-duty and does a great job holding my reptile lights securely. The adjustable height and stretch make it really versatile. It’s sturdy enough that I don’t worry about it tipping over.

This is a very sturdy lamp stand. It was easy to assemble and held my bearded dragon's UVA/UVB lights and ceramic heat bulb. This stand can hang three lights and replaced three lamp stands that each had a bulb. My lamp shades with bulbs are not heavy but this stand does not fall over. You can put a sandbag on the bottom if you fear it might fall over. I don't need the tablet holder but it attaches easily and will hold your cell phone or tablet tight.

the instructions on this product were a little difficult for me to follow, particularly in one part.I dont use it to hold a light, but rather to hold my kindle when in the sauce. I think it works great and is steady on the bottom. I am happy with this purchase and use it often
