If you are causual social media photographer this lens is hands down the best, i ordered it instead of sigma 56mm because of low budget and was not expecting much from this lens as it was way cheaper than Sigma 56mm but once i used this lens it just blew my mind, obviously it is not as sharp as Sigma 56 but it for sure justify its price, the build is all metal and even Feels better than my Sigma 16mm lens... I just love this lens and gotta mention it is manual focus lens lads.... And and and i have used Sony 50mm also in the past but for photography I'll pick this one over Sony 50mm all day

It's the one and only best lens and value for money in this price point...used 3 days with my Sony a 6400 and this is giving better results and colours. All over quality lens at this price point. Thank you 7artisans..hoping more products like this,which meets quality with value for money...❤️

To be very honest i was very scared if i should buy it or not i took my chances and bought it, im very happy with the results its does surprisingly very good, it is everything that a beginner need, manual focus, damn good aperture and i was confused if this lens will be telephoto but turns out its perfect for everything landscape, portraits, street, product, micro everything just go for it without thinking.

This lens feels incredibly solid. Great quality and perfect weight. f1.4 manual focus on moving subjects can be quite a challenge but I love how it brings the analogue feel back. The bokeh is absolutely amazing. Can't wait to properly test it out during a shoot. Great lens for what you pay.

If you can increase your budget then go for a sony 50mm lens. But if you are a photography enthusiast then you will love this lens. One should always try a manual lens at least once.If your budget is tight go for this lens, You will learn a lot of things and will be able to get good results. But if you are new to this field then do not buy this lens as you will face a lot of difficulties while clicking pictures. And you will not be able to record videos with this lens.Would give it 5 stars if it would come around 8k-9k price. But as u know sony camera lenses are expensive compared to other brandsPro tip:Enable focus peaking while using this lens, it will help you a lot both in pictures and videos.
