After my window hinges on my 03 expedition decided to go into early retirement leaving me with a very nice latch shaped hole in my head these were promptly purchased. After years of living a rough life whatever for used as threadlocker for the bolts on this hinge made it a truly terrifying experience. I was expecting the bolt to snap or me to slip and end up replacing the whole window. But these finally made it in now we just wait to see if they last another 300,000 miles like the OEM ones.

Okay I had my mechanic put these in for me. (Seriously, I couldn’t hold the back window to do this. It freakin’ heavy) However, he said they fit perfectly and went right in.The biggest bonus for me was they are made of metal. The ones that came on the car were plastic. Living in the desert like I do the sun eats plastic for lunch!Oh I have a 2005 Ford Expedition.
