I was successfully able to stretch my septum to a 12 gauge using these. It happened pretty quickly, so I definitely recommend these.

Haven’t tried the other sizes but I just broke this one by blowing my nose :/ got them for stretching hoping they’d last because they’re glass. Understandable because it’s so small just disappointing I have to wait 6 months to stretch to a bigger size to use these again. Obviously tempered glass so it was a clean break! Honestly happy I didn’t get hurt that’s all.
